8th Grade Writing
Descriptive writing, argumentative writing, expository writing, poetry and research work will be done in the 8th grade writing curriculum.
Writing Guidelines
If final paper is requested to be typed, it should be double spaced, TNR #12. In upper right corner name, teacher, class/period, due date.
example
Ima Smart
Mrs. Ritter
1st period English
7 January 2018
Due to the length of time available to prepare the papers, computer/printer malfunctions on the final due date are not acceptable excuses for late papers. Students without home access need to speak to me IMMEDIATELY after assignment is given to schedule time in the computer lab. Students using the computer lab do need to report to class on time- tardy slips will be given to students if they are not in class on time even if they are in the building
